Cancellation Policy

At Not Your Usual Wine Bar, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have established the following event cancellation policy.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations for Public Events:

  • 72+ Hours Before the Event: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
  • Less than 24 to 72 Hours Before the Event: No refund, but a credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Less than 24 hours Before the Event: No refund.
  • No-Show: No refund or rescheduling.

Not Your Usual Wine Bar-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to low attendance, extreme weather, or other unavoidable conditions. Affected guests will be notified as soon as possible.

Private Event Bookings:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
  • Cancellations made 5 days in advance will receive a refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
  • Final adjustments to the number of guests should be done max. 5 days before the event. Otherwise, full agreed amount should be covered.
